It is a full city of neighborhoods, with garden apartment complexes, two-family blocks and quiet single-family streets all inside the same municipal line, and the parking situation changes completely depending on which part you are in. So the first thing we settle on a Clifton call is where the car actually lives during the day, because that decides whether the van comes to a private driveway, a shared complex lot, or an office parking deck.
