Every commuter heading toward the bridge funnels through it, every stone thrown on those lanes lands on somebody's windshield, and the borough is full of cars that have done that run twice a day for years. When a Fair Lawn customer calls about a crack, it usually started as a chip picked up somewhere on that stretch.
The good news is that the borough is built for driveway service. Housing is overwhelmingly single-family with a paved drive beside or in front of the house, including the older curving streets in the Radburn section, and that gives a tech everything needed to do the work properly outdoors.
